Your 10% deposit can be paid over the phone, by cashier’s check, or through our online payment processor. The remaining balance is due at building completion and can be paid by cashier’s check, cash, or over the phone. Just let us know what works best for you.

Yes. Every online order starts as a base design that we expect to adjust. After you place your order, our internal sales team will reach out to review your building and finalize details like colors, windows, doors, and other options.
From there, we will update your specs and confirm your finalized price based on your location and chosen upgrades before any remaining payment is collected.
No. When you purchase a building online, you are locking in a building style and starting the process, but your lead time does not begin right away. We still need to review your specs with you and send a finalized quote for you to sign off on.
Your lead time officially starts once:
