Available Financing Options for Your Metal Building
Lead times vary based on several factors, including the season and project readiness. During our busy season from summer to fall, you can expect an average lead time of about four weeks once you approve and sign the quote—provided your foundation is ready and all necessary permits are secured. In winter and spring, lead times typically average around two weeks under the same conditions.
Yes, we provide on-site installation for all our metal buildings. We proudly serve Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, and Missouri, delivering top-quality structures tailored to your needs. No matter where you're located, the estimate you receive is the price you pay—including installation. We're committed to honest, competitive pricing, and we're one of the few manufacturers that offers installation for every building project, ensuring a seamless, hassle-free experience from start to finish.
Permit requirements and regulations vary by location, so it's essential that you contact your city or county office to determine if a permit is required for your project. Please note that the responsibility for obtaining any necessary permits lies with the customer. Additionally, customers must have the installation area checked and marked for utility lines prior to construction. If you need guidance, we're here to help, but final permit approvals are managed by your local authorities.
Our headquarters is located in Rock Falls, Illinois, and we proudly serve most of the Midwest. We provide top-quality metal buildings to customers across Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, and Missouri. While we cover vast areas within these states, there are a few select locations we may not serve. For details on whether we can assist you, please feel free to contact us.
Each order requires a deposit to start. Orders of $30,000-plus require an additional deposit once the order is confirmed.
Once the building has been installed and the customer has inspected the building, a check for the remaining balance should be given to the lead of the installation crew.
